The Jury will nominate and shortlist the appropriate vehicles in each segment periodically using points based score card system. Once all the votes have been received by the organizing committee, they shall calculate the total points achieved by each car and shortlist the winning vehicles accordingly. Each member of the Jury is responsible for nominating, evaluating, short listing and selecting the winning vehicle of each segment according to their professional opinion, however the final winning car shall be chosen by unanimous vote that will incorporate fellow judge’s opinions and if required the results will be made available to all concerned to maintain the highest level of transparency and credibility.
| APRIL |
| Each Jury member will elect a maximum of 10 cars per category and send it to the organizing committee. The organizers will sort the nominated cars based on the entries received and send it back to the Jury for evaluation accordingly. The deadline to receive the nominations is 25th April 2011. |
| MAY |
| Each Jury member is required to send the vehicle scorecards of the 1st group of categories to the organizing committee, who will then sort the nominations by calculating the total points received for each vehicle and inform the Jury accordingly. The deadline to receive the nominations is 25th May 2011. |
| JUNE |
| Each Jury member is required to send the vehicle scorecards of the 2nd group of categories to the organizing committee, who will then sort the nominations by calculating the total points received for each vehicle and inform the Jury accordingly. The deadline to receive the nominations is 25th June 2011. |
| JULY |
| Each Jury member is required to send the vehicle scorecards of the 3rd group of categories to the organizing committee, who will then sort the nominations by calculating the total points received for each vehicle and inform the Jury accordingly. The deadline to receive the nominations is 25th July 2011. |
| AUGUST |
Each Jury member is required to send the vehicle scorecards of the 4th group of categories to the organizing committee, who will then sort the nominations by calculating the total points received for each vehicle and inform the Jury accordingly. The deadline to receive the nominations is 25th August 2011.

| SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER |
The scorecards for all the categories are tallied and audited by the organizing committee and the vehicles with the maximum points are chosen as winners of their respective categories. These votes will be kept secret until the actual awards ceremony.

| NOVEMBER |
Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on 3rd November 2011 which will be held at the Expo Centre Sharjah, UAE.
